Teenagers
I was having a discussion with a friend at lunch last week about how we know people who have kids in junior high and even high school now. And how that’s weird. Then I realized that I am also a parent to a teenager. At least in the figurative sense. My first child was not a human, it was a dog, but it was definitely my baby.
Tela, aka T-Bear aka The Ruhee, and sometimes also known as Tela Wela, Teely Weely and Licky Licky, will be 13 years old this August. For those who have been around us since the beginning, it’s a little surreal, isn’t it? She’s a great dog and I’m pretty sure I’ll never be able to love another dog again. I’ll just like the rest of ‘em.
Miroki loves Tela too. In fact, he came home from a visit to see her last week and proclaimed, “Tela likes me but Papa and Dodi’s cat doesn’t” He was still talking about Tela last night.
Now some videos:
Act quickly and you can say you were one of the first 10 million views of this video! I got on the train about the 2 million mark. Miroki also got in on this one too. He thinks this video is high quality.
Now, Miroki didn’t have a chance to pre-screen this one but he likes music so I’m sure he’d approve and you can say you were in the first 100,000 on this one. This one is going to be as popular as Mommy’s Scary Nose! You may remember this band as the stars of Miroki’s One Year Old video, those of you who had the privilege of viewing it anyway. And others may say, ‘That kind of looks like Mercy Me’. And then even others might ask, ‘Who is Mercy Me?” There’s a lot of different ways this could end up for you.
Tela and The Beatles will always be an important part of my history.

You did not give credit to the photographer there. And, now we know you’ve been on mom’s computer.
First of all, I was unaware of any copyright issues hence the absence of a ©photo taken by dodi….and also, I didn’t steal it it was given to me. Third of all, who named you judge judy and executioner.
I’m not sure you can count Tela as a teenager. In dog years, she’s 91 years old.
